Benvenuto! Welcome!
The Pottery Co. has been providing high-quality majolica at reasonable prices to satisfied customers since 2003. Our showroom, located in downtown Exeter, New Hampshire, offers a wide selection of unique and traditional Italian ceramic art.
Our majolica comes from carefully selected factories in Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia and Sicily - many of which we're proud to have been doing business with for more than 30 years. Each piece is hand painted and in most cases hand built.
When browsing our collection you'll see a wide range of exquisite majolica pottery ranging from unique fine art pieces to production work. Many designs are traditional and have been created for hundreds of years while other patterns have been recently introduced. There is truly something for everyone!
In Italy, pottery is used in both a functional and decorative way. House addresses are often hand made pottery tiles; soup bowls, kitchen backsplashes and wall hangings come from a local or favorite pottery company. The Pottery Co. strives to offer you the opportunity to enjoy these simple pleasures that the Italian people have made part of their culture for years.
