Tuscany
This lovely hand painted urn is from Montelupo in Tuscany. The factories in Tuscany are known for their diversity and unique patterns. The Tuscan ceramics are based on 'Pittoresco' themes from the Renaissance depicting rural or urban landscapes, fruits, flowers and animals. It measures 9-1/2" without the lid and 6-1/2" in diameter at the base. |
